Hi everyone, I'm Natalie, a professional Event Planner and Coordinator. My passion is working with wonderful couples and families to build a vision and bring their special days to life. With an eye for detail and a heart for celebration, I founded Events With Natalie to offer you a stress-free planning experience that is as enjoyable as the event itself. Alongside my incredible team of friendly and hardworking Coordinators, we guarantee you a personal approach, key attention to detail and all the support you need in the lead-up and on the day. What areas do you cover for planning services?

Whilst the team are London-based, we primarily serve clients across London and the South of England, including Surrey, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, and surrounding areas. We're happy to travel for destination weddings and special celebrations throughout the UK and internationally. Distance is never a barrier to creating your perfect day!

How far in advance should I book your wedding planning services?

For full-service wedding planning, we recommend booking 12-18 months in advance to ensure the best venue availability and supplier selection. However, we can work with shorter timelines and have successfully coordinated beautiful weddings with just a few months' notice. For wedding day coordination, we include at least a one-month lead-up and will only do a maximum of two events per night, so to avoid disappointment get in touch with us as soon as you're ready because we're ready to chat!

What makes your planning approach unique?

Our approach is deeply personal and collaborative. We believe everyone has a unique story to tell, and we work closely with you to understand your vision, style, and dreams. From intimate countryside ceremonies to grand London celebrations, we ensure every detail reflects your personality and creates an authentic celebration that feels uniquely yours.

Do you work with specific suppliers or can we choose our own?

We have a network of trusted, high-quality suppliers that we love working with, however we're completely flexible and happy to work with suppliers you've already chosen or help you find new ones that perfectly match your style and budget.

What is included in your wedding day coordination service?

Our wedding day service covers creating your timeline, liaising with suppliers, overseeing ceremony, reception and dinner setup, supporting the wedding party, keeping everything running to schedule throughout the day, and handling any unexpected issues that may arise. We are there from early preparation until the celebration ends, ensuring you can fully enjoy your special day, stress free.
